Job Responsibilities • Implementation of activities as a shared energy manager for municipalities in Vysočina Region in accordance with Call NPO No. 15/2025: Advisory Services for Local Governments – Regional Energy Centers Requirements • Higher education in a master's or bachelor's degree program • Ability for systematic work, independent problem-solving, ability for conceptual and logical thinking • High work commitment, diligence and reliability, ability for team cooperation • Driver's license category "B", ability and willingness to drive official motor vehicles in the performance of assigned work activities Advantages: • Successful completion of a training course including final examination conducted under Call No. 1/2025 NPŽP or 17/2025 (Energy Education and Enhancement of Professional Competencies of Persons Providing Basic Advisory Services in the Field of Energy, Climate and Building Renovations) or Call No. 5/2022 NPO (Enhancement of Professional Competencies of Local Action Groups in the Field of Energy Savings (ZoKoMAS)) • Knowledge of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on Energy Management, as amended • Experience with construction, operation or maintenance of energy systems and facilities • Knowledge of ISO 50001:2018 standard We Offer: • A promising position • Position suitable for recent graduates • Support of a stable organization • Fixed-term employment contract until 31. 12. 2029 • Accommodating work conditions – flexible working hours, possibility of remote work up to max. 30% • Start of employment possible after completion of the selection process • Full-time position • 12th salary grade, salary conditions according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, as amended, with possible use of guaranteed salary • Appropriate financial compensation, possibility of above-tariff and extraordinary salary components • Continuous support for professional and personal development, support for onboarding • Diverse benefit program (personal accounts, sick days, meal allowance, pension insurance contribution, etc.) You can respond to this selection process by October 5, 2026 at 12:00.
