Procurement Consultant – IT, Construction, Goods & Services We turn down procurement assignments every month – not because assignments are lacking, but because we have too few consultants. We want to change that. We are now looking for experienced procurement professionals for concrete assignments with government agencies, regions, and municipalities throughout Sweden. About the Assignments Requests come through our framework agreements and primarily concern IT procurement, construction (AB/ABT/ABK), and goods & services according to LOU/LUF. The scope varies from a single tender document at 40 hours to full-time interim assignments spanning 6–24 months. Most assignments can be completed entirely or largely remotely. Who We're Looking For We welcome you if you are employed and want to take the next step, a freelancer with your own company, or someone seeking an additional assignment alongside your current position. You have: At least three years of practical experience independently managing public procurement from needs analysis to award Deep expertise in at least one area: IT, construction, technical consulting services, goods & services, concessions, or contract management Experience with TendSign, Kommers, e-Avrop, or equivalent procurement tools Strong command of LOU/LUF – preferably also experience with work close to appeals review Excellent written Swedish; procurement documents are your product How It Works You register with your CV and answer a few questions about your focus area, availability, and how you want to work – either as an employee for the assignment or through invoicing via your own company. When an assignment matches your profile, we contact you, and you decide whether to proceed. No obligations. We will not contact your current employer. Compensation Hourly rate is set based on the assignment's level and your seniority. When invoicing through your own company, market-rate hourly fees apply. For employment for the assignment's duration, a monthly salary is offered. Payment is made monthly regardless of when the client pays.
