We are now seeking a consultant at Jefferson Wells for Bostäder i Borås for a parental leave replacement position where you will manage procurements in accordance with LOU, develop purchasing processes and contribute to sustainable business practices. Start: Immediately and at least 12 months Scope: Full-time Location: Borås, Västerbrogatan 8 (Viskaholm) Assignment Description Jefferson Wells is now seeking a Procurement Officer for Bostäder i Borås for a long-term consulting assignment covering a parental leave replacement. In this role, you are responsible for the entire procurement process in accordance with LOU, from needs analysis and specification to implementation, contract execution and follow-up. You work with procurements of goods, services and construction contracts and have an important function in ensuring that the organization's purchases are conducted commercially, sustainably and in accordance with applicable legislation. You are part of the finance department and work closely with both internal operations and external partners such as Borås Stad, HBV and Adda Inköpscentral. The role involves considerable independent responsibility while also requiring close collaboration with the company's quality and operations controllers, who will be an important partner in your daily work. Work tasks include: Independently manage procurements in accordance with LOU Take responsibility for the entire procurement process from start to finish Work with contract follow-up and supplier dialogues Manage and develop purchasing processes Ensure contract compliance and quality in procurement work Analyze purchasing patterns and identify areas for improvement Provide support and advice on procurement and contract matters Coordinate contacts with external partners Who is suitable for this assignment? We are looking for someone with experience in public procurement and who thrives in a role where structure, responsibility and collaboration are in focus. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Post-secondary education in economics, law or equivalent competence acquired through experience At least three years of practical experience in public procurement in accordance with LOU Experience with contract follow-up Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Very good Swedish in speech and writing Good English in speech and writing As a person you are: Driven and engaged Analytical and structured Thorough and quality-conscious Independent and proactive Collaborative and communicative Curious with a willingness to develop and learn new things The client values drive, engagement and development potential highly and would like to see that you are someone who takes responsibility and actively contributes to the development of the organization.
