Assignment Description
Jefferson Wells is now seeking a Procurement Officer for Bostäder i Borås for a long-term consulting assignment covering a parental leave position.
In this role, you are responsible for the entire procurement process according to LOU, from needs analysis and requirement setting to implementation, contract execution, and follow-up. You work with procurements of goods, services, and construction contracts and play an important function in ensuring that the organization's purchases are conducted in a business-appropriate, sustainable manner and in accordance with applicable legislation.
You are part of the Finance Department and work closely with both internal operations and external partners such as Borås Stad, HBV, and Adda Inköpscentral. The role involves significant personal responsibility while also maintaining close collaboration with the company's quality and operations controllers, who will be important partners in daily work.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Independently manage procurements according to LOU
Take responsibility for the entire procurement process from start to finish
Work with contract follow-up and supplier dialogues
Manage and develop purchasing processes
Ensure contract compliance and quality in purchasing work
Analyze purchasing patterns and identify areas for improvement
Provide support and advice on procurement and contract matters
Coordinate contacts with external partners
Who is the right fit for this assignment?
We are looking for someone with experience in public procurement who thrives in a role focused on structure, responsibility, and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Post-secondary education in economics, law, or equivalent competence acquired through experience
At least three years of practical experience with public procurement according to LOU
Experience with contract follow-up
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Very good Swedish, both spoken and written
Good English, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications
Experience from a housing company or other real estate-related operations
