We are responsible for the administration's accounting and financial statements, support operations in their budget and forecast work, and provide support on financial matters. We have strategic responsibility for the development of financial administration, manage the procurement and purchasing process, and the financial system Agresso. Your role In your role as a procurement officer, you work together with our operations and support them. You function both as a guide and support to managers who need help with procurement and purchasing issues. Your main responsibilities include: • Provide advisory and support services to operations on procurement and purchasing matters. • Contribute to the development of routines and working methods in purchasing and procurement. • Monitor local agreements that the administration has entered into and handle administration of these. • Overall coordination of the administration's procurements. • Conduct internal training sessions You will become part of a team consisting of six controllers, one accounting manager and one procurement officer, where we have an open climate and engaged employees. Your competence and experience We are looking for someone who has • university education in, for example, law, public administration or other education that the employer deems relevant. For example, vocational training in procurement. • strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is beneficial if you have • experience of working as a procurement officer • experience with LOU • previously worked with public procurement within Stockholm City • experience working with purchasing matters and knowledge of Stockholm City's e-commerce system. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You work independently, have good collaboration skills and build trusting relationships with both internal and external parties. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and have pedagogical ability to explain regulations and processes in a simple and understandable way.
