We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager HVAC – either someone with several years of experience in HVAC design or someone already working as a project manager. As a project manager, you will have an important role in projects within Hospitals, High-Security Facilities, Defense, or Infrastructure. You will lead the design work, coordinate technical disciplines, ensure quality, and be a key contact with the client. You will drive development in digital design, BIM, and AI support, and work strategically with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Here you will have significant influence over technical choices, system design, and the overall direction of projects. Possible placement for this role is in Örebro or Västerås. The role offers flexibility and the possibility to work from home by agreement. Qualifications Qualifications We are looking for someone who is confident in your technical expertise and motivated by responsibility, leadership, and client-focused work. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Degree as an HVAC engineer, energy engineer, or equivalent education Several years of experience in HVAC/HVAC design or experience in the role of project manager Solid knowledge of ventilation systems, heating and cooling technology, and energy efficiency Experience with MagiCAD (AutoCAD or Revit) Very good understanding of AMA, BBR, and industry standards Ability to coordinate technical disciplines and lead design work Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to meet our clients' needs Meritorious: Experience from hospital projects, defense facilities, or assignments for Fortifikationsverket Experience working in security-classified environments Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM or other sustainability certifications Experience working with operations, maintenance, inspections, or troubleshooting Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive new ways of working We believe you are analytical, structured, and communicative, with the ability to lead both people and technology toward high-quality results.
