We are now seeking a Project Lead for the Digital Citizen Services group. Our mission is to take overall responsibility for the development and management of the Swedish Police Authority's e-services. The group is responsible, for example, for digital services within incident reporting, criminal record extracts, and the police's "My Pages" where users can access information about their cases with the police. Our vision is to create a digital police station that is always open and always accessible. Job Description You will be part of an agile team that develops and manages the Swedish Police Authority's e-services, where your role will be to develop IT solutions used by hundreds of thousands of users. In this role, you are expected to lead assignments and coordinate development and implementations with other teams within the Swedish Police Authority. You are an expert on our services and participate in technical discussions where you define requirements for development together with both requirements analysts and UX designers. Travel within Sweden may occur in this position. Examples of work tasks: Define scope for deliverables together with stakeholders Participate in technical discussions regarding architecture and requirements Conduct technical procurement processes Plan and coordinate technical deliverables Plan and coordinate the implementation of new functionality together with the team and representatives from the business Assist the business with knowledge in the field and explain the possibilities of existing and future IT solutions Qualifications This is an opportunity for you who have: Academic education in IT or equivalent acquired experience that the Swedish Police Authority considers equivalent At least three years of experience managing and structuring IT development projects in the near term, which the Swedish Police Authority considers relevant Practical and current experience with requirements analysis Work experience with agile working methods and the SCRUM framework Experience working in cross-functional teams Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Work experience from a government agency Swedish citizenship It is a merit if you have: Knowledge of software architecture Experience implementing IT systems Experience working as a systems developer Experience working with testing Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who navigates independently in complex assignments and holds together both process and relationships.
