Are you an inspiring and engaged person with excellent French language skills? Do you have experience teaching adults and are looking for a flexible and rewarding part-time position?
We are now seeking French language coaches who want to work with customized language instruction for our clients in Stockholm.
At Upgrades, you will work on varied assignments and become part of our network of engaged language coaches. You work independently, but always have our team's support.
As a language coach at Upgrades, you plan and conduct instruction based on the client's needs, level, and goals.
The work is assignment-based and varies depending on the course level, number of participants, and preferences regarding day, time, and location. Our assignments typically run for 10–20 weeks, with 1–2 lesson sessions per week, where each lesson is 60–90 minutes. We provide course materials as well as inspiration and support for lesson planning.
Teaching takes place in-person in Stockholm.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as a teacher and enjoys varied work where you independently plan and conduct instruction based on participants' needs. You have strong pedagogical ability and are motivated by helping others develop their language skills.

Requirements
For this assignment, you need:
At least 2 years of experience teaching French to adults
Flawless French language skills at a very advanced level (C2), both spoken and written
Very good Swedish language skills
Academic degree in pedagogy, law, humanities, or equivalent that the employer deems relevant
Experience planning and conducting customized instruction
Experience using digital resources in teaching
Good knowledge of Swedish society
Intercultural competence and understanding of communication in international contexts
Availability to teach in-person in Stockholm. Online only is not of interest
It is a merit if you also have:
Experience working with the CEFR scale
