Duties and responsibilities
The position consists primarily of teaching in the Social Work Program, with a particular focus on public authority operations, legal application, and investigative work within social services. The duties include planning, implementing, and developing instruction, as well as examination and participation in teaching teams and course development. Teaching takes place in both Lund and Helsingborg.
Qualifications
To be eligible for appointment as a University Lecturer, an applicant must demonstrate pedagogical ability and have completed a degree at advanced level or acquired equivalent knowledge in another manner, as well as possess other competence that is significant in relation to the subject orientation of the position and the duties involved.
Requirements for employment
Degree in Social Work (Socionomexamen).
Master's degree in Social Work, or equivalent advanced-level competence.
Documented experience teaching social work at the university level.
Multi-year current professional experience in public authority operations, legal application, and investigative work within social services.
Excellent pedagogical and communicative abilities as well as strong collaboration skills.
Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious qualifications
Extensive experience in public authority operations and investigative work within one or more areas of social services.
Experience teaching in the Social Work Program, particularly in areas related to public authority operations, legal application, and investigative work.
Experience with examination and pedagogical development work in the above-mentioned areas of knowledge.

When appointing a University Lecturer, the degree of competence required for eligibility shall be the assessment basis.

solid subject knowledge relevant to the position's content and duties.
strong pedagogical ability, meaning a strong capacity to conduct and develop instruction and other pedagogical activities at various levels and using varying teaching methods.
excellent professional experience or other relevant experience for the position.

The position is fixed-term with a work capacity of 75-100%.
