We are now looking for three nursing assistants for the Alert Unit in Askim/Frölunda/Högsbo, located at Lilla Kapplandsgatan 22. As a nursing assistant in the Alert Unit, you will have varied work where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life. The Alert Unit is a team within home care whose mission is to respond to emergency alerts that come in through the Safety Line. Your work tasks also include managing keys and registering persons who are to receive safety alarms. During a work shift, the number of alerts can vary. Some of the most common alerts are when someone has fallen or needs help with moving or hygiene. We also respond to alerts related to various medical conditions. Your assignment includes motivating care recipients you meet based on their individual circumstances, needs, and wishes. You are responsible for planning, carrying out, documenting, and following up on care work for those who need support and help. Work tasks can vary and are adapted to the individual's needs. As a team member in the Alert Unit, you always work in pairs in a car that covers the entire areas of Askim, Frölunda, and Högsbo. Working hours are day, evening, and weekends. These are three temporary positions for six months. About You Requirements • We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can provide the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or alternatively demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant at the time the new regulations were introduced. • B-class driving license • Since we communicate and document in Swedish, you need to have good Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious • Work experience within home care Personal Qualities As a nursing assistant in the Alert Unit, you show respect for everyone you meet at work. You are pleasant and helpful even in stressful situations. The care recipient's needs are the basis for your actions. Your communication is an important part of your work as you inform colleagues about important events, speak with care recipients, and need to document. You convey information and ideas in a clear manner and ensure that your message gets through. Work in the Alert Unit consists largely of independent work and personal responsibility, but you also need to be able to collaborate with your colleagues.
