As a nursing assistant in Landskrona Omsorg's home care services, you have the opportunity every day to contribute to the safety and quality of life for our elderly. You become an important part of an engaged team that together creates a stable and meaningful everyday life for Landskrona's residents. As a nursing assistant in home care, you provide support and care to people in their own homes and work based on implementation plans, decisions, and assessed services. The work is varied and independent, and you travel between clients by bicycle or car depending on the service's needs. You collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and licensed staff. Your tasks include: • Providing personal care such as help with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and transfers • Implementing approved social services and delegated healthcare tasks according to current procedures • Creating safety and continuity through social interaction and professional conduct • Observing changes in clients' health conditions and reporting any deviations • Documenting completed services and working based on implementation plans • Following applicable confidentiality, quality, and safety procedures At Landskrona Omsorg, you become part of an operation where quality, commitment, and care permeate everything we do. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident and who meets other people with respect, attentiveness, and empathy. You work in a structured and responsible manner, have the ability to plan your work, and remain calm even in stressful or unexpected situations. You are flexible and service-oriented in a way that facilitates interaction with both clients and colleagues. Collaboration is self-evident for you, and you actively contribute to a positive work environment with a solution-oriented approach. Requirements for the position: • At least 18 years old • Trained nursing assistant (or other relevant education/experience for the position) • Experience working in healthcare and care services • Speaks, reads, and writes good Swedish, as the work requires communication and documentation • Basic digital competence • Bicycle skills Beyond these requirements, it is advantageous if you have previous experience working in home care services. We would like to see additional training in areas such as dementia or psychiatry. Experience with documentation in Lifecare and/or Appva is also advantageous.
