In our operations, nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, biomedical engineers, paramedics, and medical secretaries work together to provide our patients with the best possible quality of life. Currently, we have approximately 70 employees at the dialysis clinics in Malmö. Hemodialysis operations are conducted Monday through Friday 7.00-20.30 and Saturday and Sunday 7.30-16.30. Weekend work is included every third weekend. 3 position(s). DUTIES Working with us means the opportunity to combine medical technology and patient care through hemodialysis. You work in close collaboration with nurses and are an important part of the team around the patient. As a nursing assistant with us, as you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to help develop operations by participating in one of our improvement projects. We are looking for someone with an empathetic approach with patient needs in focus. You also have a great interest in medical technology, which is a central part of our work. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you who are trained as a nursing assistant and meet the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for protected professional title regardless of whether you studied according to the previous or current program structure, preferably with a focus on acute care or healthcare or equivalent work experience. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have experience in the profession, and we look particularly favorably on previous experience in dialysis care. IT support is something we use as much as possible to facilitate care and free up time for personal meetings. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have experience working in different management systems. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook and a willingness to contribute to the development of the operation. Since we both work in a team and closely with patients, good collaboration skills are required. Additionally, we want you to have good ability to take responsibility and work independently when the work situation requires it. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. We hope you have a strong interest in developing within the dialysis field. We always offer workplace induction, and if you don't have experience from dialysis, we offer eight weeks of shadowing and training.
