Albrektsvägen 153 is a specialized residential facility with 80 apartments across five floors. Floors 2-3 are designated for individuals with dementia (40 apartments) and floors 4-5 are elderly care housing (40 apartments). The facility is located in central Norrköping with the football arena as our nearest neighbor. Your responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you have a central role in the daily work with our residents and are an important part of their everyday life. You work closely with colleagues and management to plan and implement care that reflects individual needs and wishes. As a nursing assistant with us, you support residents based on their individual needs and circumstances, including personal care, activities, and exercise. You contribute to creating structure, security, and participation in daily life and work together with your colleagues to provide good, person-centered care. You become an important part of an engaged and experienced work team where we support each other and work together for the residents' wellbeing. You work closely with both colleagues and residents and have an important role in creating a safe environment, a meaningful daily life, and you actively contribute to developing the operations. Who are you? You are a trained nursing assistant according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and feel confident in your professional role. You have experience working in dementia care facilities. You enjoy working close to people, show respect in all interactions, and can remain calm even when a lot is happening. You like working in a team, but also take responsibility for your own tasks and dare to come up with ideas. We see that you are a receptive and empathetic person who creates security and a meaningful daily life for our residents where you meet each person based on their individual needs.
