As a nurse assistant/care support person, you contribute to giving care recipients a meaningful daily life, providing them with quality care so they feel safe. About the Position In home care, we're proud of our drive, our team spirit, and how we make a difference together – every day. We work closely with our manager, nurse, and planner, have quick decision-making processes, and support each other in all matters. We always start with the question 'What's important to you?' when we support our care recipients – for us, each individual is unique and we deliver care with heart and compassion. As a nurse assistant/care support person, you'll have the role of a dedicated care contact, and in the work there's an opportunity for you to take on an ombudsman role, which means you have special responsibility for an area we'll develop together based on your knowledge and interests. All our new employees receive introductory training at our competence center as well as practical introduction at the workplace with a colleague, based on individual needs in dialogue with your manager. These are permanent positions with working hours scheduled according to day/evening/weekend shifts. Start date by agreement. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Training as a nurse assistant or previous care experience that we assess as equivalent. A genuine interest in working with people. B-class driver's license. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. It's a merit if you also have: Previous work experience in dementia care. Further training regarding behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD) or other relevant further training. As a person, you're flexible, communicative, self-driven, and interested in learning new things. You have strong collaboration skills and are proactive. Good conduct and a strong interest in what matters to the care recipient are prerequisites for succeeding in this role with us. Your personal qualities and competencies become part of what creates the whole in our team, and we place great emphasis on both in the matching process. Areas of Responsibility Your areas of responsibility include: Providing medical care and rehabilitation measures on delegation from licensed personnel. Documenting in accordance with the Social Services Act (SOL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Establishing implementation plans and writing incident reports.
