We offer social and flexible work where you, together with your future colleagues, will provide support and services to people both over and under 65 years of age. We look forward to your application! Work Tasks You will play a central role in the care and support of our clients. The work is based on individuals' needs, implementation plans, and the organization's guidelines and goals. Your tasks will include assisting clients with activities they cannot manage themselves, such as hygiene, social activities, meals, and administering medication under delegation from a nurse. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a care aide or trained nursing assistant and/or has other experience that the employer considers equivalent. We prefer that you have experience working with elderly individuals. You should have good skills in communication as well as in writing and reading the Swedish language. We value flexibility, taking responsibility and initiative in your work, and having good collaboration skills. Since you will work with people, good manner, empathy, and a service-oriented approach are also important. Great weight is placed on personal competencies. More About the Position Employment is permanent full-time. Working hours are scheduled for days/evenings and weekends. We use individual scheduling. Home Care in Piteå consists of nine home care districts; we work in urban and rural areas. The areas covered in this notice require a driver's license as all teams are mobile. A probationary period may be applied. To be employed as a Nursing Assistant and receive a nursing assistant salary, you must present the National Board of Health and Welfare's professional certificate or demonstrate that you held a permanent position as a nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.
