JOB DUTIES Work as a care assistant/nursing assistant at Mysinge Elderly Care Home involves assisting users according to their individual needs with personal care, meals, transfers, activities, etc. An important task is to support the strengths in the users. This means you provide them with support and encouragement to continue doing what they can manage themselves.
