JOB DUTIES Work as a care assistant/nursing assistant at Mysinge Elderly Care Home involves assisting users according to their individual needs with personal care, meals, transfers, activities, etc. An important task is to support the strengths in the users. This means you provide them with support and encouragement to continue doing what they can manage themselves. We place great emphasis on the contact person role and work based on the individual's best interests at the center. Our goal is for users to experience dignity and well-being to the extent possible. Work hours follow shift schedule (day, evening and weekends) QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who have studied the care and health program at upper secondary level. It is a merit if you have experience in care work and knowledge of dementia diseases. It is important that you have a professional and respectful approach and an ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment to promote good cooperation. The work requires medical care work following delegation from a nurse. We also see that you have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and have at least three years of experience in care and health services or health and medical care.
