Your Role As a nursing assistant with us, you work with experienced and educated colleagues, where you are responsible for care services and respond to and handle safety alarms. This requires a flexible working approach and good cooperation with colleagues. You also need to be self-directed and service-oriented. Your Competence and Experience • Education • Driver's license • Experience working in home care • Good experience with documentation and information transfer • Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing It is an advantage if you: • Have good local knowledge of Hägersten-Älvsjö Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
