Then we need you! The Staffing Center is now looking for a qualified nursing assistant/care support for work in our pool. Because we work with people, no two days are alike. Work Duties We are looking for you who are an experienced nursing assistant/care support with broad competence. You should be able to work with the entire municipality as your workplace and with all types of care work. Work within activity areas for support services is prioritized for this position, but you will also work in activities within elderly care as well as children and education. All working time is flexible, which means you continuously "build" your schedule based on the need for substitute workers. Inconvenient working hours are included in the position. We work in the staffing system Timecare Pool. Here you enter your availability—when you are to be available for work and how your days off (nine days per month) are planned. This is done one month in advance. You need to be generous when entering your availability, and once the schedule is built, you have the opportunity to remove availability as you complete your working hours. You will go through an introduction at the workplaces where you are later booked. Working at multiple workplaces also provides development and the opportunity to broaden your competence through the exchange of experience and practical knowledge. About the Workplace The Staffing Center is responsible for short-term staffing in municipal elderly care, support services, preschool and recreation, as well as food service operations. The Staffing Center started as part of Nynäshamn Municipality's full-time initiative. This means all activities can offer staff the opportunity to work full-time. The Staffing Center currently has a pool of 17 full-time employees and approximately 150 hourly paid staff. For the operation to function, the office works with two staffing planners, two recruiters, one group manager, and one unit manager. The Staffing Center works together with the municipality's activities to ensure correct staffing. What We Are Looking For in You To succeed in this role, you have: nursing assistant training or other training that the employer considers equivalent experience working in home care, care and nursing facilities experience working within the disability services area basic computer skills good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written B-class driver's license. It is advantageous if you have: experience with night shifts experience working in LSS activities such as service/group homes and day programs.
