Our Offer
Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Vårdcentralum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and on-call centers in the evenings and weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We provide comprehensive primary care services offering care to all throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, elderly, and patients in end-of-life care.

Vårdcentralen Kärna is located in Malmslätt within convenient cycling distance from central Linköping. We are a health center with approximately 40 employees representing both long and solid experience combined with colleagues who are newer to primary care, complementing each other in knowledge and experience. The health center has approximately 11,700 registered patients and provides complete primary care. We are also an Academic Health Center, which means that research and development are major parts of our operations. The health center has high research competence with several doctoral degree holders on staff.

Job Description
We offer varied and stimulating work. The work involves both independent work and close collaboration with other professions. You prepare patients for examinations and provide assistance to other medical personnel during examinations and procedures. Reception work includes wound dressing, suture removal, blood pressure checks, ECG recording, ear irrigation, and tympanometry. Administrative tasks including handling prescriptions through staff tools 1177 e-services and TeleQ.

About You
You are a nursing assistant. It is desirable if you have experience working in primary care, but relevant reception work experience is also desirable.
You have good initiative and the ability to make independent decisions. You work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You communicate clearly. You are confident and stable with well-founded and clear values that guide your actions. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently and take responsibility for your tasks. You also adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change. We place great importance on personal suitability.
