Nursing Assistant Welcomed to Ward 161, Danderyds Hospital Ward 161, located at Danderyds Hospital, is a general psychiatric care unit specializing in bipolar disorder. We also care for patients with other general psychiatric diagnoses. Care is provided under both HSL and LPT regulations. The ward has 17 care beds. We have well-developed collaboration with the Affektiva clinic, the specialist clinic for bipolar patients, and we have established a stable foundation in our working methods. We who work on the ward find our work varied, challenging, and rewarding. Job Responsibilities: You are a contact person and, together with the responsible nurse, you develop care plans, crisis plans, and activity schedules in consultation with the patient. You have conversations with patients, family members, and fellow patients, and document in the Take Care electronic health record system. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for nursing care based on the patient's daily needs and planning of potential follow-up measures after discharge. We offer patients ESOD (One Conversation a Day), daily walks, and Mindfulness, which are usually led by nursing assistants. You also perform customary practical work duties. Qualifications: Trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title. Specialization in psychiatry is desirable. You are confident in yourself and adapt easily while remaining calm in stressful situations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
