DUTIES As a nursing assistant with us, you work close to people in their own homes and contribute every day to creating security, dignity, and quality of life. You work based on approved interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), perform health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL), and work based on social services' values. In this role, you will, among other things: • Provide personal care and support in daily life • Perform care and service interventions in the home • Work with activation and rehabilitation • Perform delegated medical tasks • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good work environment • Participate in quality and development work QUALIFICATIONS We seek someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has similar education that the employer deems equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience in the profession. A job in home care requires that you are responsible and engaged, can build good relationships with both care recipients and relatives. You should also have good collaboration skills as we work closely together with various professionals in teams such as nurses and rehabilitation staff. You are confident in yourself and have a professional and positive approach. In your work you are empathetic, attentive, and always treat others with respect. At the same time, you are flexible and comfortable in an activity with a high pace. You also have a good ability to see both the big picture and each individual's unique needs and conditions. We see that you need good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as well as basic computer skills and a class B driver's license.
