Work Hours and Employment Level: 85% night shift Employment Type: Permanent position, we apply a 6-month probationary period. You will continuously document and handle any deviations. Together with colleagues including group leaders, you distribute work tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as nurses and rehabilitation personnel. Examples of work tasks: Care and supervision during nighttime Be a contact person and responsible for your clients' implementation plan Follow up on your clients' implementation plans Receive medication delegation from a nurse Handle documents and deviations Who Are You? We are looking for you who is a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and you are not afraid to take initiative. You are used to documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook. We are looking for you who: Are a trained nursing assistant Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is a merit if you have: Experience working in elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia Experience with privately operated facilities A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
