About the role At Danvikshem, your main task as a nursing assistant is to help those living here feel well. You do this by providing support in daily activities, performing care and support services, and also participating in social activities. You receive great appreciation in return, a feeling that makes you feel good! Södra huset is a unit with both somatic and dementia care focus. We are now looking for two new colleagues for our team at Södra. The work is carried out based on clear planning and procedures. You work together with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues. You work in close collaboration with other professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and activity leaders. All to provide the best possible care and support for each resident. Make full use of your professional skills At our facility, you get the opportunity to work with what you do best. As a trained nursing assistant, it means you only work within what you are trained for - care and support. Cleaning is handled by our facility maintenance staff and meals are prepared by our skilled chefs in our own kitchen. This way you can focus on care and the people living here. Your knowledge and experience We are looking for you who are a fully trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title and who shares our genuine interest and commitment to working with the elderly. Your personal qualities are important to us, so we are looking for you who has great service mindset thrives on taking responsibility likes to share your knowledge with your colleagues has the ability to see and understand the individual's needs and wishes wants to provide good and considerate care. We also have some requirements You are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title You speak and write Swedish well. You have extensive computer skills. Meritorious: Previous experience from elderly care. Training in dementia care.
