These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, HSL and short-term care facilities, and management support. The Care Administration offers meaningful and significant work. At Rosengården, you will be part of a work team with approximately 20 nursing assistant colleagues and 6 nurses who together work to create security, participation, and good quality of life for our residents. The work is characterized by close collaboration between professional groups, where you collectively contribute your expertise to provide person-centered, high-quality care and support. The facility has 21 places, of which 4 are palliative care places and 5 HSL places owned by the region. Here you are offered meaningful and varied work where each day brings new meetings and challenges. Shift work occurs during day, evening, and night according to agreement. DUTIES Work as a nursing assistant at Rosengården involves working carefully and professionally in collaboration with others on the team and in close contact with our care recipients. It also involves working for good cooperation with other professional groups and relatives. As a nursing assistant, you follow the applicable laws and guidelines, such as the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act. With the care recipient in focus, you contribute to maintaining functional ability and self-esteem, but also to preserving and, if possible, improving the person's sense of quality of life and meaningful daily life. The work includes preparing individual implementation plans. Some delegated medical and rehabilitation tasks occur. Documentation in SoL and HSL is performed as well as other administrative tasks via computer. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with at least two years of experience working in health and medical care. You have good computer skills and are comfortable documenting your work clearly and correctly. If you also have experience in palliative care or working with people with dementia, we consider that a merit. At the same time, you collaborate well with colleagues and other professional groups and contribute to a good work environment. You are flexible and adapt easily when circumstances change. You communicate clearly, listen to others, and have a respectful approach when meeting care recipients, relatives, and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
