About Us At Operating Room 6, we perform reconstructive surgery. We operate on patients of all ages with birth defects, tumors, injuries, degenerative conditions and body shape issues that cause functional problems. In certain specialized areas, our patient catchment area covers all of Sweden. We operate on both adults and children of all ages. The work is broad and varied, ranging from day surgery to national specialized care. Your Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you will gain broad experience, as our operations span from day surgery to advanced national specialized care. You will work with the team in the operating room. Operations are conducted during daytime, Monday through Friday, but are closed on public holidays. We offer individual orientation when you start. You will receive training and work as a nursing assistant in the operating room and anesthesia. About You You are a trained nursing assistant. Previous experience in operating room work is an asset. You are confident and stable in yourself and can both adapt to the situation and prioritize. You should enjoy working in a flexible and meticulous manner and are accustomed to taking own initiative and organizing your work independently. You enjoy collaborating with different professional groups. You see opportunities and find solutions to problems that arise and actively contribute to developing the department.
