Northern Home Care Service covers a large geographical area that extends from our beautiful Solstadström in the north all the way down to Glabo in the south. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES The work as a nursing assistant in home care consists of implementing approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL) in the user's own home. Together with other colleagues, you work to do the best for the user in their daily life at home. Nursing care, medication administration, documentation, cleaning and contact with relatives are common work tasks. You participate in and contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on the individual's conditions. We continuously work with quality assurance, business and competence development, and of course you participate in this. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, preferably with experience from similar activities. The work places high demands on your own responsibility, flexibility and initiative. Being structured, organized and able to follow procedures is important for the operation to function in a safe and secure manner. You have a good ability to see the whole picture and each individual's conditions and needs. You are attentive, flexible, open, have good collaboration skills and you thrive in an operation with high pace filled with joy of work. Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing as well as have good computer skills. We document in Treserva.
