As a nursing assistant in home care, you work with care and service activities in the customer's home based on the implementation plan. This can involve everything from accompaniment and personal hygiene to everyday tasks and walks. We work according to Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and continuously use digital solutions and systems. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing Assistant Professional certificate for completed and approved nursing assistant education from a high school program or other approved education. Alternatively, care assistant. Swedish language and good computer skills Documentation is an important part of our work and therefore you need to master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written. Class B driver's license Documented experience It is advantageous if you have work experience in care and health services, low-affective approach and/or clarifying pedagogy, as well as experience with documentation in the Life Care system.
