WORK TASKS We work according to a salutogenic approach and strive to see the whole person. As a nursing assistant in home care, you work with care and service activities in the customer's home based on the implementation plan. This can include everything from assistance and personal hygiene to everyday tasks and walks. We work according to Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and continuously use digital solutions and systems. The work includes good dialogue with customers and relatives, close collaboration with colleagues, and health and medical tasks delegated from a registered nurse. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing Assistant National diploma showing completed and approved nursing assistant education for upper secondary program or other approved education. Alternatively care assistant. Swedish language skills and good computer skills Documentation is an important part of our work and you therefore need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Class B driver's license Documented experience It is advantageous if you have work experience within care and services, low-affect interaction and/or clarifying pedagogy, as well as experience with documentation in the Life Care system.
