About the Role:
At the clinic, you'll work in close collaboration with nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, and other professionals. Your main responsibilities include clinic reception work, patient service, and administrative tasks such as reception work and scheduling both in-person and by phone.
You are an important part of the organization's daily operations and contribute with both structure, service, and excellent patient care. We strive for a good collaborative environment and a shared commitment to developing our care.

We Are Looking For You If You:
Are a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience
Have experience from clinic reception work
Have good computer skills and confidence in administrative tasks
Are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a professional demeanor
Enjoy taking responsibility and contribute to a good work environment
Are loyal, stress-resilient, and like to "juggle multiple tasks"
Can work independently and in a team
Merits Include:
Experience with journal systems such as TakeCare, TeleQ, 1177
Experience with clinic reception work, preferably in gynecology and telephone advice services
Knowledge of languages other than Swedish
