As a nursing assistant on the Medical Unit, you work together with other professionals to ensure safe and secure care. As a nursing assistant, you have a central and important role in patient care, and in making patients feel included and engaged.
In your work you are encouraged to share your own ideas, and we always strive for you to develop and build knowledge about a care team, as well as have the opportunity to become confident in other aspects of the work. On the Medical Unit, which specializes in gastroenterology, gastric, kidney, blood, and lung diseases, there are a total of 28 care beds divided into four care teams.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on the care unit consists of traditional nursing assistant tasks. The work will be based on an adapted schedule during all days and hours of the week to always meet the patient's needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, and preferably someone with interest and experience in gastroenterology, kidney diseases, blood disorders, or experience from another medical unit.
As a person, you maintain your composure and know how to prioritize in demanding situations. In addition to this, you have good communication skills.
Experience with Cosmic and Nova systems as well as good telephone skills are merits.
