Elderly care is the department's largest area with responsibility for special housing, group homes, short-term housing, safety housing, home care services, family support, Meeting Point and administrative services. The Kristineberg Home Care team operates from its office at Ingenjörsvägen 63 in Kristineberg. Our service area is Kristineberg, Stångehamn, Mysingsö, Gröndal and extends to Gotlandsterminal. We move around in various ways by car, bicycle or on foot. Right now we are recruiting for two positions: one temporary assignment and one temporary weekend assignment, which means working three out of four weekends. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant you report directly to the unit manager. The work consists of implementing approved care services and services according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health and medical care services according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). In our team we have a strong focus on the individual's conditions and needs. Therefore, we see that you are attentive, responsible, have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in an environment with varied pace and great job satisfaction. Together with other staff, you are responsible for ensuring that service users receive good care, healthcare and services. As part of our team you contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on the individual's conditions. You perform medical tasks on delegation from licensed personnel and participate in activity development, quality assurance and skills development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to work with people and is passionate about helping others. To get between the homes in the archipelago, you need to be able to cycle. Therefore, this is a requirement for the position. Otherwise, it is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant with previous work experience in the field and a B driving license, as this is required for certain routes. We also see that you have a good command of the Swedish language both verbally and in writing. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
