As a care assistant with us, you'll have the opportunity for varied and meaningful work where no two days are the same. Gläntan is a short-term care unit with 8 beds and one palliative room. The goal of the work at Gläntan is to create conditions for safe returns home through a rehabilitative approach. You work in teams with registered nurses, paramedics, and home care services. The focus is on utilizing and strengthening each individual's own abilities so they feel confident about being able to stay in their own homes. We are now looking, pending necessary decisions, for a care assistant at Gläntan. The position is permanent with a 100% employment level. Duties and Responsibilities As a care assistant with us, you work based on our shared values, which means that the people you meet receive professional treatment, security, influence, and participation. Work according to schedule with days, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications You have care assistant training.
