Kista vård- och omsorgsboende is operated by the City of Stockholm and is centrally located at Kista torg with proximity to the subway and Kista Galleria. We work together to create a safe, dignified, and meaningful daily life for our residents.
We're now seeking nursing assistants to join our team as we expand the number of residential places. In the fall of 2026, we will be opening a new floor with 10 places focused on somatic care.

Your role
As a nursing assistant, you provide care and support based on the resident's individual needs.
You perform delegated health and medical care tasks.
Plan and implement activities.
Document according to applicable guidelines.
Your competence and experience
We're looking for someone who has:
A protected professional title as a nursing assistant.
Good experience with social documentation.
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you have:
Experience working in elderly care.
We're looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and has a professional demeanor. You work in a structured manner, collaborate well with others, and always put the resident's needs at the center.
