Job responsibilities With a health-promoting approach, you provide care in the form of personal support based on individual needs and conditions in clients' homes. As a nursing assistant, you primarily work independently and provide care in the form of personal nursing, meal support, social interaction and more. You also carry out tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists or occupational therapists, such as training activities, medication handover and wound dressing changes. You work as part of a team with the different professions. In your work you use various digital tools and your work phone is an important work tool. In addition to responding to alarms and phone calls, you also use it to access work schedules and procedures. We work with fixed care contacts and documentation is part of your job responsibilities. Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and have proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or can certify that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You need to have basic computer skills and documentation experience and be comfortable working with various digital tools. You have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. To be eligible for the position, a class B driver's license is required and you must be willing to drive for work, and you must be able and willing to cycle as both car and bicycle are used to get to our clients. If you are familiar with LifeCare, Senior Alert, Tes, Appva, BPSD registry and have worked with Stjärnmärkt, that is a major plus. It is also meritorious if you have in-depth knowledge or experience in palliative care, malnutrition, cognitive impairment or psychiatry.
