Elderly care is the department's largest operational area and is responsible for special housing, group homes, short-term housing, security housing, home care services, family support, meeting place activities, and administrative case handling. WORK TASKS
As a nursing assistant in home care services, you will provide support, care, and service to people in their own homes. The work consists of approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) as well as health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for planning and implementing measures that promote the individual's security, independence, and well-being. The role also includes performing medical tasks on delegation from licensed personnel as well as documenting and following up on completed measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has experience from similar operations.
For this position, you must:
· Have good computer skills.
· Be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.
· Hold a B driving license.
· Be able to cycle.
