The position is based at Kovland's home care office, and working hours are scheduled for day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend. We are seeking a dedicated nursing assistant who wants to make a difference in people's daily lives. Additional positions may become available based on operational needs. The position is fundamentally full-time, with the possibility of reduced hours by agreement. How You Contribute as a Nursing Assistant In home care, care hours vary, which requires flexible and operationally efficient planning. We therefore schedule work as geographically concentrated as possible to create good conditions for both clients and operations. You work from the client's perspective and meet each individual with attentiveness and respect. You provide care and services according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act with a professional and rehabilitative approach. The goal is to contribute to safety, participation, and independence in daily life. Duties included are: You will become a primary care contact, which means you have coordinating responsibility for the care and support clients. Establish and follow up on care plans in dialogue and participation with care and support clients. Document according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. Guide new employees and students. Develop operations and your own working methods. Carry out delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act. Provide care and services to clients with high quality. Conduct risk assessments regarding clients and the work environment. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for someone trained as a nursing assistant with approved grades. It is a merit if you have experience working in home care, healthcare and social services, or other equivalent care work. You have good ability to communicate in Swedish orally and in writing and can document and access written information correctly. The position also requires good computer skills, as documentation and planning are a natural part of daily work. A category B driver's license is required for this position. If you do not live in the nearby area, you must also have access to your own car, as public transportation in the area is limited during certain times and periods.
