We offer you a position where you are an important part of creating a safe and stimulating environment for our clients in elderly care in Härjedalen municipality. We work with regular care and nursing duties based on a salutogenic approach.
The positions are 75-100% with start date by agreement. Since Härjedalen municipality applies desired employment levels, you have the opportunity to work full-time if you wish.

Duties
Support clients in their daily lives, for example with personal care, assistance with meals, laundry, medication management, transfers, and rehabilitation.
Be a fixed care contact, where you are an important link between client, family, and various healthcare providers.
Some days a week you may work at our day activities center where you work with a person-centered approach to create a meaningful daily life for the people enrolled there.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Certified nursing assistant.
To work in care of the elderly and adults with disabilities, a criminal record check is required.
Merits:
Medicine delegation.
Driver's license (Category B).
Specialist nursing assistant in dementia care.
