Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. Work takes place in elderly care, home care, services for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care. About the workplace; Briggen operates from Bellevuehemmet and serves the Ystad urban area, primarily in the western parts. Employees travel by bicycle to users in their own homes. The operation's main focus is on somatic nursing care and offers close, person-centered care based on each user's individual needs. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are currently seeking a dedicated nursing assistant who wants to work daytime shifts and help create a safe, meaningful, and enriching everyday life for our users. As a nursing assistant with us, you work in the user's own home, where you provide care, support, and nursing services based on approved measures and individual implementation plans. You have an important and responsible role in the user's daily life and actively work to create safety, participation, and continuity. In your role as a fixed care contact, you have the opportunity to build close and trusting relationships with users. You become an important person in their everyday life and contribute to care characterized by quality, respect, and good treatment. Your work duties may include: • Personal care and hygiene. • Social support, companionship, and conversation. • Medication management. • Cleaning. • Assistance to activities outside the home. • Other services that contribute to improved quality of life. The work involves both independent work and tasks that can be physically demanding, such as heavy lifting. QUALIFICATIONS To be qualified for the position, you must have: • Training as a nursing assistant with a protected professional title. • Swedish language proficiency in speech and writing (at least passing basic Swedish from grade 9 or SFI D). • Bicycle experience.
