We welcome you as a nursing assistant to our cozy eldercare home Berga. In your role as a nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you work with providing good care, service and support to our residents. Berga is a specialized residential facility with 48 beds distributed across 6 floors: 3 floors with dementia care focus and 3 floors with somatic care focus. We are currently expanding from 40 to 48 beds. We are located in Bergshamra in Solna with good communications via the red line subway to Mörby Centrum and buses near the residence. In your role as a nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with care decisions and always with great focus on quality. You assist with, for example, personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to calls and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that all our residents can live life, fully. This can include conversations, games, walks, bike rides or fun activities together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training. Job Description We are currently seeking several colleagues for permanent employment with a probationary period. We are recruiting 6 positions with work hours between 60-90% with immediate start dates. To be suitable for this position, you need: A certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it advantageous if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care. We are looking for someone who is cheerful and has a positive attitude, sees opportunities rather than problems, and wants to help develop the care we provide here at Berga.
