Would you like to become part of a competent, driven, and great work team? We're looking for someone with an interest in infectious disease care and nursing. What We're Looking For We're seeking a trained nursing assistant. It's an advantage if you have experience in infectious disease care, work on a hospital ward, and knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are self-reliant and take responsibility for your tasks while having the ability to plan, prioritize, and work structurally. You have a good overview and see how your work contributes to the department's overall goals. Furthermore, you enjoy collaborating with others, have a responsive approach, and contribute to a good work environment through professional and respectful conduct. What You'll Work With On the infectious disease ward, you'll work as a nursing assistant in a team with experienced nurses, doctors, and other professionals—always with the patient as the focus. The work team has good cohesion where we support each other and value both development and job satisfaction highly. On the ward, we care for patients with varying monitoring needs, in close collaboration with nurses. Patients' care needs vary, which means alternating work pace and sometimes rapid changes in health status—no two days are the same here. With us, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of both communicable and non-communicable infectious diseases. We care for patients with common diagnoses such as pneumonia and urinary tract infections, but also more complex conditions such as hepatitis, malaria, and infections of heart valves, skeleton, and brain. You'll develop expertise in transmission routes and care hygiene, and meet patients from around the world. What We Offer You - A unique opportunity to be part of expanding our existing care ward to a larger scale - Tailored and structured onboarding - Internal training and other opportunities to deepen your knowledge of infectious diseases - An accessible and engaged manager - Development and career opportunities where you get to help create the future of health and care - Health-promoting workplaces with access to wellness activities and wellness benefits - Link to our benefits: https://www.norrbotten.se/sv/jobba-hos-oss/anstallningsvillkor-och-utveckling/ Position Information We offer a permanent full-time position with hours scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
