Department of Anesthesia, Surgery, and Intensive Care In our anesthesia, surgery, and intensive care department, we care for patients and families facing a critical moment. We are now expanding our number of care beds and are looking for several new colleagues who want to participate in this startup phase in excellent facilities! Our Operations The Postoperative Unit within the anesthesia section has 15 care beds and admits patients around the clock. Patients come primarily from surgical and orthopedic operations, and during on-call hours also from other operating clinics, with collaboration also occurring with the Central Intensive Care Unit (CIVA). Postoperative care is in constant development to meet patients' care needs. Your Assignment Now you have the chance to challenge yourself and come to a very pleasant workplace! The workplace is characterized by varied work where you constantly meet new patients with different types of postoperative monitoring needs. You will learn everything from simple postoperative monitoring to caring for patients requiring postoperative intermediate care and postoperative intensive care. Here you will constantly learn new things and develop your competence. You will become part of a skilled team that supports and helps each other while you will also work independently. There is also the opportunity to observe on the unit if you wish. Your Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant with experience in the profession. We prefer that you have at least two years of experience working as a nursing assistant in a hospital. It is also advantageous if you have worked in an anesthesia and operating department or another postoperative unit. Your Competence You always put the patient in focus and are responsible and motivated in your work. You are an engaged and positive colleague who contributes to good cooperation and a good work environment. You easily adapt to changed circumstances and can quickly change your perspective and approach, and you see opportunities in change.
