Responsibilities
At Kavat Vård, we have a strong sense of community and together we strive each day to live up to our values in our interactions with residents and in leadership and employee relations. As a nursing assistant, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful daily life for residents is an important part of the work.
You provide the best care and brighten the day for our elderly residents. In addition to care, your duties include cleaning, laundry, kitchen work, and organizing and leading activities. You focus on what's best for each resident and that guides everything you do. You're also skilled at planning and collaborating with your colleagues.
Qualifications
We're looking for you—a nursing assistant with a protected professional title and experience working in elderly care. We place great emphasis on how you interact with others, communication, and personal connection, so it's very important that you have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
We'd like to see experience with medication delegation.
All our documentation is done in the Safe Doc journal system, so good computer skills and familiarity with computers are necessary.
