Solhaga care home in Väckelsång is now seeking a new colleague for our night shift.
Solhaga consists of two units with shared comfortable day spaces and outdoor areas. The night shift consists of five dedicated employees.
The role includes standard care tasks as well as delegated medication management. You work closely with both colleagues and nurses to ensure safe, secure, and person-centered care for our residents.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a genuine commitment to providing good care and creating safety for elderly people.
To thrive in the role, you need good collaboration skills while feeling confident working independently. You are flexible, have good prioritization skills, and can remain calm when circumstances change or the pace increases.
You always put the care recipient's needs at the center and treat each individual with respect, dignity, and consideration. We value a professional approach where you contribute to a positive and developing work environment.
The work involves patient transfers and care activities, which means you need to have the physical ability to perform the work tasks with the support of ergonomic aids.
Since several work tasks are performed digitally, it is important that you have good computer and technology skills.
