Vårdcentralen Wisby Söder is one of Gotland's largest primary care centers with approximately 45 employees. Here we work in teams to ensure person-centered and patient-safe care for all our patients. At the primary care center, nursing assistants, doctors, nurses/district nurses, and counselors work together. We also have close collaboration with primary care physiotherapists and occupational therapists. We are located in the Korpen area and Vårdcentralen Wisby Söder is one of two primary care centers in the same building. We are now seeking a nursing assistant for a temporary position from 2027-02-01 to 2028-02-01 as we have nursing assistants on educational and leave of absence. Your duties As a nursing assistant with us, you will work in patient care activities ranging from blood draws to wound dressing changes, catheter replacements, EKG, and more. You are an important part of our operations and you work closely with your doctor colleagues and nursing colleagues. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have experience from primary care or inpatient care. At a primary care center you will meet everyone from children to the elderly and you need to be able to adapt to each patient you encounter. We would like you to be flexible, have good experience with blood draws, and work well with others. As a nursing assistant, you will also work on primary care emergency duty on certain weekends, approximately 1 day per month, sometimes more. Why choose Region Gotland?
