Together with the nursing staff, rehabilitation team, and management, we collaborate around each resident to provide a good life every day. We are looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with good care and support of high quality in accordance with what has been agreed with the resident in the care plan. This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's concept Your Day. Personal care and support and utilize residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's concept Tasty Meal so that our residents enjoy the food and the meal experience adds value to everyday life. Document according to the Social Services Act; maintain social records and create and follow up care plans. Plan, offer, and carry out daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Perform service tasks such as cleaning apartments, laundry, accompanying residents, shopping, and more. Receive and carry out delegated work tasks such as medication delegation. Take responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participate in the facility's quality and improvement work.
