Mjölby Health Center is part of Primary Care Center (PVC) in Region Östergötland and is centrally located, only a five-minute walk from the commuter station. Mjölby has expanded in recent years and the city is growing in population due to good housing prices and attractive neighborhoods. Mjölby Municipality is focused on the future. Our operations include, among other things, physician consultations, child health services, psychosocial team, rehabilitation coordinator, district nurse and other nurse-based consultations, as well as two elderly care facilities. In total, we are approximately 50 employees and have approximately 12,500 registered patients. Laboratory, maternal health clinic and dental care are located in the same building.
Job Description
We offer you a challenging and varied position at our physician consultation alternating with work at our acute care unit where we care for patients in need of acute care but not assessed as needing hospital care. As a junior physician with us, you will receive regular supervision and the opportunity to participate in training with other locum junior physicians, AT physicians and ST physicians during your employment. We have a "question doctor" available daily with dedicated time for direct supervision and a named supervisor for longer-term guidance and personal development.

About You
You have completed your medical degree, are a licensed physician, or hold equivalent foreign qualifications with Swedish language skills corresponding to C1 level.
We are looking for someone who is attentive and collaborates well with others. You are confident and stable in your professional role and communicate clearly. Furthermore, you can easily adapt to changed circumstances and have a flexible approach to work. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

This is a general fixed-term employment at 100% for 6 months. Start date November 16 or by agreement. We conduct continuous selection, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
