Fålhagens Health Center Our 1,800 employees work with primary care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary health care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within rehabilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us, as we adapt our services based on residents' needs. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services. Welcome to Fålhagens Health Center! Are you a medical doctor interested in taking the step toward specialist training in general medicine at Fålhagens Health Center? Then you could be our new colleague. We offer a full-time temporary position starting in October or by agreement, with the possibility of a future specialist training position. You will have great opportunities to be involved in developing tomorrow's working methods within our operations, including through teamwork with different professions. Your Assignment With us, you will have varied work in close collaboration with all professions at the health center. Your tasks will mainly consist of clinic work with varied duties, and you will have significant influence over how your work is organized. We support each other across professional boundaries to meet our patients' needs. Together we work for the health of the residents! Your Qualifications We are looking for you with Swedish medical license and experience from working in primary care with a future interest in developing within general medicine. You need to have completed Swedish AT or BT training to be eligible for this position. A strong ability to collaborate across professional boundaries is very important for our work approach. You must have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, good knowledge of the Swedish health care system, and see good patient care as one of your most important tools in patient encounters. Furthermore, you have a desire to develop the operations together with other staff members at the health center. Our Operations Fålhagens Health Center is a well-functioning, fully staffed, ambitious, and development-oriented operation centrally located in one of Uppsala's most attractive areas, close to the central station, and part of the Close Care and Health administration in Region Uppsala. We are just over thirty employees responsible for approximately 10,700 listed patients. At the health center, all professions work together to provide patients with the best possible care. To meet our patients' varying needs and wishes, we are open weekdays between 7 AM - 5 PM. We constantly strive to find good forms of collaboration at the health center and to meet our patients' needs in a curious and patient-centered way.
