As a maintenance technician, you're the person who gets things working again. You troubleshoot, repair, and prevent problems before they impact production. Here you'll combine technical skills, problem-solving, and hands-on work in a role where your contribution is felt every day.
This position is a long-term staffing placement through Montico where the right person will be offered the opportunity to transition to direct employment with the client.
About the Role
As a maintenance technician, you're responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and machinery. You work on troubleshooting, repairs, and ongoing service to ensure production can continue without unnecessary downtime.
When a machine or facility isn't functioning as it should, you're on the scene quickly to analyze the problem, identify the root cause, and get the equipment back in operation. You work closely with production and become a vital part of the operation by contributing to high reliability and efficient production flow.
The work is varied and can involve everything from mechanical repairs and component replacement to preventive maintenance, improvement projects, and participation in technical initiatives. You help develop working methods, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure machinery and equipment maintain a high technical standard.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working hands-on, and seeing the results of your work directly.
We're Looking for You If You
* Have experience with maintenance work in industrial or production settings
* Have good technical understanding and interest in mechanics
* Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Are responsible and work in a structured manner
* Collaborate well with others
* Are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation is a plus.
