About the Position
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of production equipment. You'll work with both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. This role is perfect if you love technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You'll be an important part of the maintenance team, working closely with production and other technical functions.
Shift work occurs with rotating schedules covering night, evening, day, and weekend shifts.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical faults
Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of machines and equipment
Participate in improvement initiatives to increase operational reliability and productivity
Document completed maintenance and follow up on corrective actions
Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime
About You

Formal Qualifications
B-class driver's license and access to a vehicle
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Post-secondary education in maintenance technology, electrical work, automation, industrial technology, or equivalent
Experience working as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting
Knowledge of mechanics combined with electrical, pneumatic, or automation systems
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take responsibility for your work
