About the Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for preventing, troubleshooting, and fixing defects in production equipment and technical systems. You work both operationally and with a development focus to ensure safe and efficient production with high availability.
The role includes ongoing maintenance activities, corrective measures in case of operational disruptions, and participation in improvement and development work. You will work closely with production, technical functions, and other colleagues to identify root causes, implement improvements, and contribute to stable operations.
Documentation and follow-up of maintenance work are done in the company's maintenance system, where structure and attention to detail are important parts of the work.
About You
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, confident in your professional role, and enjoys working solution-oriented in a technical environment. You have a genuine interest in technology and mechanics and are driven to understand how things work and find long-term solutions to technical challenges.
As a person, you are focused, responsible, and able to stay calm even when the pace is high or unexpected situations arise. You are practically minded, have a natural mechanical interest, and enjoy working closely with equipment, machines, and technical systems.
You work methodically and with safety awareness while having an easy time collaborating with others. The role requires you to take your own initiative, prioritize correctly, and independently drive the work forward.
Formal Qualifications
Relevant technical education and/or equivalent competence acquired through work experience in one or more of the following areas: turning, milling, welding, hydraulics, tribology
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits
Experience with maintenance and business systems such as SAP, Balthzar, and/or MaintMaster
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
